Centring on a cabochon sapphire weighing 19.68 carats, surrounded by eight heart-shaped rubies and eight brilliant-cut diamonds, outer bordered by eight marquise-shaped diamonds, extending behind set with circular-cut diamonds floral open work. Diamonds and rubies altogether weighing approximately 3.66 and 4.88 carats respectively; mounted in platinum. Ring size: 5 1/4. Signed Faidee.
