Tiancheng International presented “Spectrum of Life ── A Selling Exhibition of Japanese Contemporary Art” from 28 November to 1 December. The exhibition showcased 20 masterpieces by Japanese contemporary artists, including Michiko Okubo and Takafumi Ohba. Following the success of the Japanese contemporary art selling exhibition held earlier this year, Tiancheng International once again brought to collectors simple yet heart-warming works of Japanese contemporary art. With a focus on Japanese artists from the younger generation, this exhibition explored their aspirations for the future through a unique pictorial language depicting their understanding of the present era. Bringing into play an array of materials that stems from artists’ scrupulous observation of the environments in which they live; viewers were presented with a broad spectrum of life that are refreshing and thought-provoking.
