The necklace suspending to the front on an octagonal step-cut emerald weighing 6.07 carats, framed by brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, surmounted by a floral motif set by six pear-shaped and a brilliant-cut diamonds, completed by a necklace set with brilliant-cut diamonds suspending six octagonal step-cut emeralds total weighing 20.80 carats of same design as the centre emerald, alternated by pear-shaped and circular-cut diamonds clusters.
