Suspending an oval cabochon cat's-eye moonstone weighing approximately 73.70 carats, embellished with trilliant pink sapphires and circular-cut tsavorite garnets, decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds extending to the surmount and tassels, the pink sapphires, tsavorite garnets and diamonds together weighing approximately 6.20, 2.90 and 1.10 carats respectively, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 508mm.
