Set with an oval sapphire weighing 8.45 carats, flanked by two half-moon-shaped diamonds, decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds extending to the obverse, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.10 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold. Ring size: 6¼

Accompanied by GRS report numbered GRS2013-081259, dated 24 August 2013, stating that the 8.45 carat sapphire is natural, Cornflower Blue colour, of Burmese origin, with no indication of thermal treatment.
