Centring on a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 7.09 carats, flanked by marquise- and pear-shaped rose-cut diamonds, decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 1.80 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold. Ring size: 6¼

Accompanied by GRS report numbered GRS2017-060464, dated 5 June 2017, stating that the 7.09 carat sapphire is natural, Vivid Blue (GRS type "Royal Blue") colour, of Malagasy origin, with no indication of thermal treatment.
