Centring on an oval cabochon sapphire weighing 19.68 carats, accented by eight heart-shaped rubies together weighing 4.88 carats, decorated with marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds extending to the obverse, the diamonds together weighing approximately 3.65 carats, mounted in platinum. Ring size: 5½

Accompanied by GRS report numbered GRS2011-081470, dated 18 August 2011, stating that the 19.68 carat sapphire and 4.88 carat rubies are natural, of Burmese origin, with no indication of thermal treatment; along with an appendix, stating that the sapphire and rubies are Vivid Blue ("Royal Blue") and Vivid Red ("Pigeon's Blood") colour respectively.
