Of Art Deco style, the rectangular black enamel case applied to the front with a carved jadeite plaque of soft apple green colour, suffused with bright apple green patches, decorated with cabochon ruby- and rose-cut diamond-set floral clusters, to the obverse embellished with rose-cut diamonds, opening to reveal a mirror and powder compartment, to a chain set with black enamel, terminated by a carved jadeite seal of translucent apple green colour, linked by jadeite beads of similar colour and rose-cut diamond-set rondelles, mounted in 14 karat yellow and 16 karat white gold.
Plaque and seal measuring approximately 52.10 x 40.80 and 28.09 x 9.71 x 7.18mm respectively; beads approximately 4.58 to 4.23mm.
